I was diagnosed with ocd. For the longest time I just thought that I had anxiety, and never thought it could be something more. As of recently I finished a multi month program to treat my ocd. I planned to make this video as soon as I finished the program which I’m happy to

A lot of people mix up ocd with anxiety, including me which is why it took me so long to get diagnosed. I hope that this video is able to shed some light on ocd and help people who may be unsure :)
