Part of living a Rich Life is being honest -- honest with yourself and honest with the people around you.

In personal finance, more people are starting to understand the concept of a Rich Life. I love this!

But very few understand how to know if they can truly afford something.

I was talking to a couple who's been stressed out about money for decades

I showed them 3 scenarios for their retirement, and she said, 'This chart seems more relaxing'

I said, 'Interesting word. Why is it relaxing to you?'

More reasons I think changing fitness is harder than money:
- Most people know they're not especially sophisticated with money (it's technical), but we all believe we know how food works since we've been eating since we were born
- We have deeply held stories in our culture

Was talking to my trainer today about what's harder: Changing your fitness (food & training) or changing your finances

I think changing fitness is at least 5x harder

Money can be partially automated. But not fitness/food. And temptations are everywhere
