Amazon India - An item has been scheduled for return 3 times in the past 3 weeks and it has been auto cancelled each time without contacting the customer. Failed and fraudulent returns policy.

Amazon Help It has been reported 3 times. Names of the exec handled were Pank**, Yash*** and Vinc** over 3 separate chats & i wasted close to an hour for them to fill up some form. I intend to put the item in the trash can & consider the amount spent as contributions to Amazon Benefit fund.

Samsung India - Utterly disappointing from Customer Support, Escalations as well as from your exchange pickup partner Cashify It is just unprofessional to show an exchange order as redeemed by Samsung login page and by Cashify as Cancelled pickup in theirs.

1. Dont Constantly work on it. Just Refund.
