My gym regimen is truly changing my life. What I’ve noticed most is how transferable actions and behaviors are. Such as when I accomplish and conquer feats physically the confidence and courage spill over into other areas of my life (professionally,socially etc etc).

Trying to be palatable in this world curates a cycle of inauthenticity that’ll produce loneliness and situations of disassociation due to you being all but yourself. Moral of this, BE YOU. ALWAYS.
