Our warm up before EVERY lift: - Squats, push ups, good mornings - Skips - Rotations/side bends - Strides - Walking lunges - Skips - Walking lateral lunges - Strides - Carioca/shuffles - Short runs Takes 6-7 mins but results will last an eternity. Keep it simple.
