Keto folks, I just lost 16 lbs in a week of doing 24-hour fasting with only eating 14 eggs a day. I need some suggestions for this week, please. I'll repeat the eggs next week. I hear grapefruit, avocados, berries (blue, black, rasp, straw) are great keto foods. 😋
