Intuitively we know this right? Risk, conflict resolution, creativity, independence-these resilience skills help us every day of our lives.

Every time you hear someone talking about “taking back our "fill in blank)”, this is what is actually happening. This.

The most useful razors and rules I've found: 1. Bragging Razor - If someone brags about their success or happiness, assume it’s half what they claim If someone downplays their success or happiness, assume it’s double what they claim 2. High Agency Razor - If unsure who to work

I appreciate the instructors for group fitness so much. I mean look at the lot of us…and yet they teach, coax, make jokes and work out our sorry butts. That’s magic right there.

Any guesses as to what the ratio of real flowers to fakes at the #Masters is this year? It used to look beautiful; now it just looks ridiculous.

This really resonates. Chains are 100% disappointing and always taste/look like someone who doesn’t like to cook has prepared the food. If it’s not better than what I make, why bother going out? Best sign when going into a new restaurant-daily specials. They have a real cook!

Amazing to see #northernlights tonight in North Bay, Ontario. I’ve seen orange and green before but never pink. iPhone actually enhanced the view. Best part was meeting lots of families seeking same.

Well worth reading Carneys full speech. I won’t pretend that I understand all of his references but I do understand that this is man who really, really understands what is going on and the strategies that can work in our new reality. Very ambitious, honest and pragmatic.
