After introduction of a 7 day pharmacy service King's College NHS, pcy team made an intervention for every 2nd pt seen at the wkend. 85% interventions were moderate/high impact and over half were time critical. MR rates within 24h ⬆️, 2/3 of MR led to change link.springer.com/article/10.100…
