I keep seeing this RCMP Nova Scotia vehicle on Highway 125 between Sydney and North Sydney. It’s disturbing as the RCMP decal is faintly seen under the white paint similar to the vehicle in the Portapique massacre. If it’s an RCMP Nova Scotia should it not have an ID # 🤷🏻‍♀️ #concernedcitizen
