My rage is raging at the #utleg comments they “just want to keep the status quo of the last 130 years.” Fools, the status quo comes from the defeat of D so citizens can appeal actions of the Lege to anyone other than the #utleg themselves. THAT is how it’s been for the 100+ years

When someone shifts from argument to argument it generally means that person is losing. The argument here is a clear shift from “we’re not changing the initiative process” to “we’re changing it so our state remains as is.” IOW, they lost the initial argument and they hate that.
