Shocking customer service from Sky TV Took out a contract for my elderly aunt. Who is now very ill in a nursing home abs cannot live on her own anymore. They won’t let me cancel. Do they really want to take £25 a month from a sick old pensioner who isn’t even able to watch tv!

Unbelievable! British Airways cancelled my return flights from Florida. Offer me another flight home but charge me £135 each. They said you can cancel or pay the extra. We don’t mind. Awful service.

Be aware if you buy a simba mattress they take your money for collection of you old mattress BUT don’t take the mattress away. You have to wait for 14 days for pick up. Chatted to cust service asking them what I do with two mattresses bthey don’t care! Shocking Simba Sleep

Not what I had in mind. I bought a new Simba mattress. paid for collection of my old one. What I have is Simba in a huge box and no sign or communication of when the old one will be picked up. Maybe in the next 14 days. Shambolic ⁦Simba Sleep⁩ do better.
