For isolated pelvic mass classified as O-RADS 4 /5 , or with an IOTA > 10%, and measuring less than 8 cm, what would the standard treatment be? Should it be a staging laparotomy +/- a frozen section ,or (MIS) extraction of the cyst and proceed accordingly
