So let me put my narrative jerk hat on for a sec and talk about something I think might be the most commonplace way to fuck up the storytelling of your game. It's a tiny thing, it makes perfectly serviceable scenes kind of suck, and you see it ALL. THE. TIME. (A thread.)

It's not a 💿Discotek Media day, but there are new discs out today! It's MarcFBR to talk about the new Discotek stuff that is out right before the year ends. Hopefully these have already arrived for you, or have at least shipped (mine haven't!)

I found a cheat code in NieR Automata that allows you to skip to the last ending immediately after killing the first boss and unlock the bonus modes. I'll do a full video soon. It's not a glitch, it's an actual cheat code hard-coded into the engine. yokotaro

Most of the first episode of Kumo desu ga is a funny soliloquy of 3DCG spider Yuuki Aoi, which allowed the small team of traditional animators to go ridiculously all out in the short party scene with the human cast. Obscene level of care that most viewers won't notice. Love it
