Even after 6-8 hours of sleep I feel lethargic and tired at some point of the day. I sleep at 10 and wake up before 4 pretty good 6 hours of sleep yet at 11 am or 2 pm I'll have to sleep anyhow. I get tired and my body cannot handle too much caffeine because of my blood issue.

Currently i only workout one time but after my shift is over I mostly stay on my phone should I start going for a run? Like the next 100 days 5 km daily? Someone validate this I really need to start doing some productive shit
