Talking about how tall everyone is at work so I’m not shocked when we finally get into the office has been one of my highlights this week 🤣

I decided a while back to take a 2 week break from Twitter for my own mental health. That break ended up lasting about 2 months! I can safely say that I’m back Twittersphere and excited to catch up on all the goss!

They say fall in love with the problem, not the solution, when you start a company. I say fall in love with the community you're building with/for. Talk to them in person, do ethnographic research. Hire them to bring their passion and lived experiences into your team.
