Thank you British Airways for getting me from LBA to EWR on time yesterday, getting up & down may have been bumpy, but between no delays and the fantastic cabin crew in Prem Econ on BA189 last night it made for a smooth trip! Particularly enjoyed the meal this time, 10/10! 🙌

This is what it means to be truly customer centric. They won’t lose any short term income by not selling to people who won’t respond, but they will increase long term income because they’ve shown that they care. I got this last yr and not bought flowers from anyone else since. ❤️

I feel like I’m in a weird dream. It appears we have to pay a change fee to reschedule our British Airways flight JFK-LBA this week despite (travel advisories aside) them cancelling our onward flight so we’d be stranded at LHR even if we could travel. On what level is that ok?!!
