One thing I was completely WRONG about when I started my journey as a metabolic health doctor, self-educating myself on real wellbeing— was that other medical doctors would enthusiastically be on board. FAR FROM IT. We have a massive problem here that I greatly underestimated.

One of the amazing blessings of living today is that so much work can be done remotely/virtually from anywhere in the world, with far more of an impact than in the "old" way of working. This option didn't exist 20-30 years ago!  Got up early to lead a health group coaching call

If I ate as many carbs and desserts in America, as I do in southern Europe— I would be sluggish, bloated, and overweight in no time. Whatever those food corporations are spraying on our foods in the USA, and adding to it in factories— should be made illegal ASAP.

If you had asked me before 2020, I would’ve said that the medical profession is very special, and deserves to be thought about differently. Now however, I think there is NO profession on the planet that deserves to be replaced more by A.I.— than doctors. Can’t wait

The longer I'm a Doctor, the more I realize Age is just a number There are 70-year-olds crushing marathons, lifting weights, and radiating joy — while some 40-year-olds feel decades older Energy, mindset, and movement matter more than your birthdate Stay active. Stay inspired

Kari Lake Walton heiress’s personal animus toward DJT47 is certainly disconnected from Walmart’s huge number of MAGA customers. Boycott Walmart on June 14th 🚫

This isn’t just a slippery slope—it’s a chemical avalanche. Look what's tucked inside the FY2026 Interior & Environment Appropriations bill. It's Section 453, and if passed, it would protect more than 57,000 toxic pesticide products from any legal liability—no matter how much

Actual adults--please remind me from time to time never to reply to threads with Millennials or Gen Z complaining that they're the biggest victims of any generation. The unbearable fragile ego solipsism, and the fucking contempt for anyone born before them, isn't worth it.

I am so over the relentless scorn directed at Boomers. It is both shortsighted and unjust. Born into a world of post-war grit, they mastered mental math before calculators, cursive before laptops, and adapted to the internet’s rise while many of us struggle to update our iOS.

Boomers would say: I didn’t spend money frivolously on eating out multiple times a week, $6 for a morning Starbucks, foreign vacations were a dream, and I certainly didn’t waste 10 hours a day sitting on my butt staring at a screen I’m with BOOMERS all the way! Awesome people👇🏽

Holly has been in hiding since the vicious mob attack in Cincinnati. This is her first message on camera. Through the tears: “I want to say thank you to everyone for all of the love and support. It's definitely what's keeping me going. And you have just brought back faith in
