The shoe has finally dropped as a lawsuit has been filed by 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports claiming NASCAR acts as a monopoly & wanted teams to release them from such claims in the recent #NASCAR charter deal. I am working on breaking down the lawsuit and will have more info later.
