Working on a PS3 video that includes a delid of the PS3 RSX. The Peaceful Outcome has made an epic tool to make the process on the RSX incredibly easy to perform. I can't help having a bit of fun with the footage though :D

Unbelievable work by TZMWX to create a portable Sega Saturn by, among other things, cutting the board in half and reconnecting everything by hand. Details in his post including a video of all the bits being snapped off. Via Shank

Had some artifacts on the screen after installing this V1 CleanScreen. Quadruple checked all connections. Turns out the big chip in the center on the CleanScreen board had loose pins on the entire right side. Reflowed the pins and we’ve got an artifact free image.
