Today’s #chocolate tasting notes: Raaka Chocolate 70% rose cardamom dark. The word “ambrosia” comes to mind. Maybe it’s because it’s unroasted, but the chocolate is very smooth and doesn’t have any sourness some darks have. This lets the lovely floral notes come through. 🍫🌹❤️
