You're working on pricing for your AI app (yes, it has AI). Do you: A- Offer a 7 day free trial B- Offer 200 credits (just enough to explore) C- Offer 50 credits a month (get them hooked) D- Free? Nah

You ever have a features that you've put off for weeks only to find out it was super easy to implement? I thought adding URL query params to prompts would be a pain. Ended up knocking it out in 20mins. Now you can send your prompts to Claude or GPT

How is it in 2025 you can have an excess of Principal SWE’s and PM’s but you still won’t find a single Principal Product Designer in most organizations?

Without moat: data, integrations, or UGC, your AI wrapper will fail. If you're expecting to price low and win, the AI model providers you're using are already winning at this costly strategy.

One of the most humbling experiences a designer can do is to try and launch their own product. You learn real quick how much obsessing over the small details will keep you from progressing.
