It appears that Shrewsbury is now on the delivery for this piece of crap that dropped through my letterbox today. Conspiracy theory central. I wonder who finances this?

How long should it take to get a response from a MP when you ask a specific question about issues that affect business in Shrewsbury? Over a month? Do you want a copy of the letter @JBuckleyLabour ?

Comes to something when a road up to a tiny 1300m ski resort cut into a very steep mountain is in far better state than Longden Road in Shrewsbury. Whatever happened to that £150k a year pothole tsar?

One for you @JBuckleyLabour given that Shrewsbury is home to a significant wine trade and independents like Tanners Wines Paso-Primero glouglou wine bar & shop etc All these end of term Tory legacy issues!

Reform UK plan tax cuts which they say will cost £70bn; however our analysis shows the actual cost will be at least £93bn. And their funding figures are out by £15bn+ All this means Reform UK have a total unfunded cost of at least £38bn - about two Liz Trusses.

URGENT! Pls share. The last chance to register to vote in the General Election is 11.59pm tomorrow Tue 18 June. Potentially 8m aren't registered at their current address. Here's 4 key facts... 1) You can do it online here registertovote.service.gov.uk/country-of-res… 2) It's good for your finances.

Today is the day! The sun is shining in Shrewsbury. Whatever you do get out and vote. If you don’t get the result you want, and couldn’t be bothered to vote, then don’t complain. Everyone counts. Use your vote.

Hopefully today is the day we remove our useless incumbent MP in Shrewsbury and replace with @JBuckleyLabour who will actually work for all the constituents of Shrewsbury. Use your vote. If you want change then use it tactically.

People of Belle Vue. Get out and vote! There was a surprisingly low number of crossed out names at the polling station. @JBuckleyLabour had my vote.

I lasted until 3am but as I have a 9am meeting… So waking up to this made it all worthwhile! Congratulations @JBuckleyLabour 👏👏 A new beginning!

As for Farage becoming a MP, if his performance as a MEP is anything to go by he won’t attend often, will do bugger all for his constituency and will be subject to tighter media controls as a sitting MP once (hopefully) Labour tighten up regulations on second jobs.

When you go, Will you send back, A letter from your new job… Rees-Mogg no more Liz Truss no more Grant Shapps no more Mordaunt no more Mercer no more Keegan no more Gullis no more Kawczynski nooooo morrrre

When will we learn that dignity in dying must be seen as cornerstone of society. Funding of palliative and end of life care must be seen as fundamental right.

All the comments here about people stating they are not getting the winter fuel allowance and how they can’t afford basics, and how they were glad they didn’t vote Labour…..yet manage to justify paying Elon Musk to subscribe to X…

Kevin Quigley (@quigdes) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Irony defined Elon Musk says he doesn’t trust voting machines because they are driven by computers. Yet he is pushing for a future where we all go around in cars literally driven by computers. Sure. 🤷‍♂️

The experience on this platform has declined dramatically over the past 6 months or so, so I rarely comment these days. But what I will say is that blocking Elon Musk and a few others like him who magically appear in my timeline doesn’t half cut down on the nonsense. Try it!
