The sun streaming through these trees today lifted me immensely today. I think I've had a touch of the January blues. So much rain, mud, darkness, and the inevitable roof leaks 💦

I found this rock on the Brecon Beacons. Can anyone shed any light on the marking? Looks like fragments of shell back and front? Thanks Dr Toby Driver

Sheep need hedges, posts, trees etc, to rub and scratch on. They also love brambles but can easily get caught up in them. This beautiful old hedge near Knucklas was a popular choice..so were the Heart of Wales Line Trail signposts..

🌲 The #Trail takes you through many #forests and #woodland areas from Craven Arms to Llanelli. On #InternationalDayOfForests we recognise the important #ecological, #economic, #social & #health benefits forests bring. 📸 Thank you to the Trail Steering Group and Quiet Walks -Lisa

Exciting to see Carmarthenshire featured on #weathermanwalking. He's on Heart of Wales Line and following the Heart of Wales Line Trail . My favourite! I can offer guided walks along the trail for anyone interested 👣

We recently enjoyed an #AutumnWalk in #LlanwrtydWells with Mid and North Powys Mind, guided by Quiet Walks -Lisa, as part of our #CommunityConnections Project. The group usually walks in #Llandrindod every Monday, so this was a great opportunity for them visit another Victorian #SpaTown.
