This charming picture of the ‘jumping mouse of Canada’ (woodland jumping mouse) by Thomas Davies, a British army officer and naturalist, is from 𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝑃ℎ𝑖𝑙𝑜𝑠𝑜𝑝ℎ𝑖𝑐𝑎𝑙 𝑀𝑎𝑔𝑎𝑧𝑖𝑛𝑒 (vol. 1 (1798) [C.22.15]). The mouse can jump up to 5 yards! 🐁

We were delighted to welcome Aerodrome Primary Aerodrome Primary for a visit to the Old Library and to Queens’ yesterday, for the first time since the pandemic! The students explored the history of the college and its collections, and had a think about university. 📖👑
