But is it really a new generational shift? Or just the young looking for something? I’m pleased of course that she centres Quakers in Britain as the ground of her exploration- giving her space to grow. But isn’t this the journey of all young Seekers?

This may be astonishing, lamentable and fundamentally unsurprising for Quakers in Britain. There is a group Sex Matters within Quakers Sex Matters to Quakers which remains focused on safeguarding women’s space. Helen Joyce thank you! telegraph.co.uk/news/2025/05/2…

Sadly there is much support for such mission creep amongst Quakers in Britain I tend to agree that the original founders of Amnesty International would not have been happy at the dilution of their focus.

Thank you Erica for pulling together all these portraits of George Fox. I’d love to bring your work to the attention of Quakers in Britain generally (even though the main big Quaker accounts have left X, sadly. I don’t think Fox would have run away from difficult issues here)

2,500 hours of viewing on @Quakerology video interviews. Isn’t this incredible? Who would have thought that Quakers in Britain had so much latent demand for listening to each other’s stories of spiritual journey and community.

My article in The Friend about Quaker Chaplaincy is showing that we need to do more explanation for Quakers in Britain Links in the Video. A Call to Chaplaincy- are British Quakers ready to show up? (Can we cool off on the protest and PR?) youtu.be/YFLomrLr_P0

Is it true that Bluesky is fading or imploding under the weight of its own worthiness? I’m seeing a little more interaction from Quakers on here again. Will Quakers in Britain and Woodbrooke come back? Jill Segger Tim Pitt-Payne Peace Hub Audrey Ludwig MBE Tim Regan
