Here’s some facts about the last episode from Querencia Mia. The first time we went shopping we spent the entire $400 seed money. #greatfoodtruckrace

The second time we bought all they had of what we needed like squash, hominy etc. #greatfoodtruckrace

3rd time we got what we could to make something that was New Mexican. So for those of you who said we didn’t buy enough, we did. #greatgoodtruckrace

Querencia Mia lost because we should’ve charged more. It’s that simple. But we put out great food and have no regrets. The alliance was done to make it easier for the people in Alaska because it was freezing rain those 2 days. #greatfoodtruckrace

Marie the chef on Querencia Mia has won chopped, bite club, Guy’s Grocery Games and has been on triple d. She’s dope and it’s not the last you’ve seen of either of us. Q #greatfoodtruckrace

#GreatFoodTruckRace This was our top selling dish for Querencia Mia. We actually bought all the squash in Homer and still sold out. Q

#GreatFoodTruckRace I just want to say Querencia Mia never got a bad review. We prided ourselves on putting out quality which took time and cost us sales in the long run. But we stand by it. Just sayin. Q

#GreatFoodTruckRace people are asking my thoughts about the last episode. I would like for the quality of food to play a bigger role going forward. Sales are good but I think having good food should count too. Q
