Thinking about vasopressor verbiage in light of a recent discussion with Patrick Wieruszewski. Our thinking is aligned but I’m curious about your opinion. If a patient is on norepinephrine, vasopressin is added, then norepinephrine titrated off, is the vasopressin adjunctive or monotherapy?
