What would happen if you allowed yourself to be willing to hear your mind tell you a troublesome thought without needing to act on it. Instead of acting on it, you would put your energy and heart into pursuing a life that meant something to you.

If you found out that u could engage deeply w the things that bring you joy + meaning, but the price of that engagement would be having to hear your mind tell u things like "you're not good enough" might u be willing to accept those words as events in your mind + go forth anyway?
