Sacral energy 101 for Generators + MGs: Doing what you love = feeling like you could go all day Forcing what doesn't fit = feeling like you're running on empty Your energy levels are literally telling you what's aligned if you are willing to listen!

Generators + MGs: Your body has a built-in generator that powers up when you're doing what you love. That excited, energized feeling? That's your sacral saying "YES, more of this!" That drained, frustrated feeling? It's your body's way of saying "this isn't it."

Generators + MGs: Try to release the idea of right and wrong responses! There isn't really a right or wrong—we either respond or we don't! Your Sacral/Emotional Authority knows what's meant for you. Try to trust the process!

Generators + MGs: The mind might not understand at first why you are responding to something. Let it be an observer of your experience, not the decision maker. Your authority knows things your mind cannot know!

Generators definitely don't have to just do one thing! In fact, it's very important for Generators to have creative outlets, activities, and hobbies outside of their main "work." Your energy wants multiple satisfying channels!

Generators CAN do multiple things! You just tend to like mastering something before moving on, or having the opportunity to revisit something many times on the road to mastery! Depth is important, but you can go deep in multiple things over the course of your life!

Generators + MGs: If you are feeling limited by what you're magnetizing to respond to, it could just be that your mind is viewing the world in a limited way! Try to say something like this to yourself every day: "I always attract opportunities, inspiration, and possibilities!"

Generators + MGs: The sacral doesn’t lie. When it’s not lit up, it starts quietly pulling away. It's not usually a big crash or a sudden "no." Instead, it's a slow, steady erosion of energy and desire.

As a Generator, when I'm flowing, satisfied, and feeling magnetic, I KNOW that all the results/outcomes I want to see are inevitable.
