I see the vocative comma and I think there is no way Trump is smart enough to have written this. Then I see the comma splice that follows, and now I’m not sure.

I believe you meant to use “man” as more of an exclamation, rather than a noun. If that’s the case, use a vocative comma. If not, The only thing I have to say is … “That’s what she said.”
