am I tripping or does the game FEEL different? inputs feel weird, online matches feel less responsive. almost like it's too smoothed over, I can't really put my finger on exactly why it feels different though

I've always hated heat burst hitting airborne giving a full combo. I think it should increase the scaling + no tornado allowed like a low parry combo. or just give knd + grounded hit.
