It was a privilege to welcome the 1st Sea Lord First Sea Lord and Chief of Naval Staff and His Majesty’s Ambassador Julia Longbottom on board HMS Prince of Wales to mark the ship in Tokyo and the two days of Atlantic and Pacific Future Forum. #PFF #OpHighmast.

As we look back at PFF25, it’s been an incredible few days; 450 delegates, 6 keynote speeches, 2-days of plenary discussions, 15 countries represented, 32 industry partners, 25 side-bar and bilat events, 75 accredited media attending, 1 Royal Marines Band and an aircraft carrier!

I am delighted that the Royal Navy hosted Atlantic and Pacific Future Forum for the Pacific Future Forum on HMS Prince of Wales in Tokyo. The Pacific and Euro Atlantic are deeply interconnected through global trade networks.

I met with my Japanese and Australian counterparts to continue our cooperation in delivering stability in the region.
