The more you read of the Man City/APT judgement, the more it seems to me you would have to be a juvenile with extremely limited intellectual + analytical capacity to declare this a โ€˜victoryโ€™ for Man City

The guy who you just found out is moving in next door, who is 14 years younger than you & looks like a handsome model from a shampoo advert, turns up in his purring 3-4-3 Series & makes your luxury sedan look decidedly old hat. Great by James Gheerbrant thetimes.com/article/857c9fโ€ฆ

This is the Angel Inn (Angel Hotel) which was on Old Street, Manchester. 1890s landlord was Frank Sykes. The street and pub no longer exists. Notice the lads on the roof without any safety equipment. GB Booze ๐Ÿป Britain's Lost & Living Pubs Britainbeermat #pubs #pub #beer

As we welcome the news that the UK will support Ukraine with a ยฃ2.26bn loanโ€ฆ Hereโ€™s your reminder that the Conservatives wasted ยฃ9.9bn on unusable or defective PPE Never forget their staggering corruption and incompetence.

To everyone attending, watching & betting on the Grand National... 66 horses have suffered & died since 2000 for the sake of your "entertainment". FUCK YOU ALL. You have blood on your hands. And I hope you lose your money. #grandnational2025 #YouBetTheyDie #Horses #AnimalCruelty

The Sun Inn faced the entrance to Cheethams on Long Millgate. The pub was on Poets' Corner, the pub was used as a meeting place for many of Manchester's poets. In the 19th century the Sun Inn lost its licence and was finally demolished circa 1889.. #Manchester #History

Overlapping Worlds. I've always loved this jarring scene. In spite of the monstrous early 60s grey social redevelopment of Pendleton around what became Salford Precinct, this pub defiantly stood until 1976. ๐Ÿ“ท Not known

If clubs would agree to playing a minimum of ten games at 3pm on a Saturday I might have more sympathy for them. You buy a ST in good faith but are expected to effectively set aside for a weekend match Friday evening, Saturday 12:30, 3pm, 5:30 & 8pm, Sunday 2pm, 4pm and Monday
