Feeling energized by NYC-DSA Ecosocialists 🌹 's #StopBlowingSmoke rally this afternoon! By law, NYS is supposed to reach 70% renewable energy by 2030, but our share of renewables hasn’t even increased by 1%.

Instead of prioritizing public renewables, there are murmurs that the Gov wants to downgrade our climate goals. District 50 knows better than anyone what happens when oil & gas companies dictate the government's agenda. We must fight back for a cleaner future for all.
