(1/2) This week, I attended PublicLaw Conference at the University of Ottawa. It was an incredible gathering of dozens of acclaimed speakers. I had the pleasure of moderating a Plenary Panel Discussion on “The Executive and Democracy.”

(2/2) Here, we had opportunity to discuss the role of the public service, and how law can preserve its neutrality. Thank you to all who had a hand in this conference, for initiating these important and valuable discussions. #PublicLawConference2024

(1/3) Cette semaine, j’ai assisté à la Conférence de droit public PublicLaw Conference à l’Université d’Ottawa. C’était une rencontre incroyable en présence avec des dizaines de conférenciers de renom.

(2/3) J'ai eu le plaisir d’animer une séance plénière sur « Le pouvoir exécutif et la démocratie ». Nous avons eu l’occasion de discuter du rôle de la fonction publique et de la façon dont sa neutralité peut être préservée par le droit.
