Spent all of my night at the hospital because my best friend overdosed. She's okay. So tired, I didn't get home till nearly 7 am

Day 6 of the fix it fast diet (400 cal) and going to weigh in today but I'm so nervous I've gained

Well I didn't gain which good but I only lost 0.2 since last weigh in😕. I drank like 2.5L yesterday so idk maybe it's water weight
