2.5 years after @DrDonnaYates' call for PhD candidates in #dinosaurlaw, I'm excited to announce that I'll be doing precisely this: a PhD on Law and Palaeontology at Law in Maastricht! Starting date tbc - but from then, I'll be doing dinosaur law full-time for 4 years. Can't wait!

This is something I'm wondering about. "Donation" in repatriation contexts implies the transfer of good title - but what if no good title has been acquired to the fossils by the person returning it? (Which probably is the case for many Brazilian fossils)
