My 81yr old mom had a horrible travel experience with americanair Boutique Air. She was travelling from Dallas to Massena, NY via Boston. On landing at Boston, she was wrongly denied boarding & abandoned at the gate. A kind Alaska Airlines agent & Airport Police came to her rescue.
