Head of the ICRC urges world leaders to put pressure on Israel to end the war on Gaza. The pressure has to be put on Hamas and Qatar who is backing them. But Trump would rather take a $400 million plane from these people while Hamas has freed the last US hostage.

Trump doesn’t seem to have any leverage over Putin or indeed any desire to create any through sanctions. His peace process has become a joke and most European diplomats expect him just to walk away. International politics seem too complicated for this US President.

Just as his peacekeeping efforts seem to be failing in Europe, his efforts in the Middle East seem to have come to a stop too. He promised to solve war here in a day as well but now doesn’t seem to have any sort of plan. Will he backstab Netanyahu? Who knows?
