I fear the greater crisis facing humanity is not climatic but social: unless we recapture the value of reason, evidence, education, debate, listening, learning & empathy then progress that is needed on climate etc. will be stalled by anger, cynicism, conspiracies and their ilk.

Unpopular opinion: the tuition fee sensibly balances competing tensions of university financing. It now needs increasing but in tandem with other funding to ease burden on students.
