Every word of this thread is spot on. Crypto isn't much of an election issue for anyone except the crypto industry.

Excited that my thought experiment has been published Yale Journal on Regulation! With more and more deposits uninsured, and with massive operational failures (viz Crowdstrike) threatening new kinds of triggers for runs, it's worth thinking through the doomsday scenario of a digital bank holiday

Like clockwork. News about AI’s limitations is starting to break through the hype, so it’s time for the industry to go to Congress to try and legislate a competitive advantage that the tech can’t sustain on it’s own.
