Amnesty under GST : Last date for Tax Deposit (As per 54th GST Council Meeting) : 31-03-2025. Last date for Filing of SPL-01/SPL-02 : 31-01-2025. But, Form can't be filed without paying taxes first. So, Please keep in mind that the effective last date is 31-01-2025.
