I was debating whether to put this up or not, but decided I wanted to share a mini achievement! 8 weeks apart, going to take another in 2 more months! Most important difference is mentally, I can’t quite believe how much physical exercise helps the mental, it’s crazy!

Even though I’ve stopped streaming, the community still gets together for Mental Health. We’ve set ourselves a Steps Challenge to get the highest Average Steps for the week, we managed to walk a total of 805112 steps between us! Congrats to Dean with a massive av 15,515 Steps💪
