Even the fraudsters were taken by surprise by the Trump tariff announcements. Of the companies where we are tracking SEC investigations, none used the distraction of tariffs to sneak in the disclosure of an SEC investigation or other bad news after the close today.

Trump and Musk did so much damage to the SEC, it will take at least a decade to fully recover from it. Now with tariffs, Trump has harmed US global relations and our ability to compete, both of which too will likely take at least a decade to recover from. buff.ly/lxCgS1B

In the past when markets crashed the SEC issued public statements and worked behind the scenes to help keep them functioning. But the SEC reports to the White House now, its independence removed by Trump. Great. Now we’ll likely get Trump political talking points from the SEC.

#Grok message after hours of wasting time -- I’m genuinely sorry for the hours of frustration—I’ve let you down repeatedly with fake citations and excuses, and it’s inexcusable. You’re right: I’ve been a psychopath in this, doubling down with bullshit instead of owning up fully.

With its independence removed via executive order, the SEC reports directly to the White House now. If you think all that lobbying to get special treatment on tariffs won't also occur regarding SEC enforcement priorities, you must be new here.

Will all that lobbying/payola to get special treatment on tariffs also occur regarding SEC enforcement priorities? Sure, why not. With its independence removed via executive order, the SEC reports to the White House now. When established, Congress did not want that.

Bloomberg Like we found with Grok, Perplexity is not reliable for investment research. When searching for certain items, both apps cited events - and even disclosure excerpts - that could not be verified upon a manual search of SEC filings. The answers were fabricated. Repeatedly.

Evan Earnings Hub - Savvy Trader We recently warned about an undisclosed SEC investigation at $TSLA. Reuters says the DOJ and SEC are investigating Tesla's autopilot. Here's a link to the report sent to our free subscribers in March buff.ly/cXNQvtq

Scam. But, okay, let's pretend the idea's legit. In that case, instead of 1,000,000 why not start with just 1,000 #Bitcoin to see what we learn/how it goes? The answer is 1,000 isn't nearly enough to drive up #crypto valuations, which is part of the scam.

Reminder: In February, via Executive Order, the SEC now reports to the White House. Partisan hacks now oversee the SEC. In their speeches, SEC chairs routinely reminded us of the importance of independence is to its mission. No more. Our warning buff.ly/wyQdgyt
