Serious post: Dear breakfast burrito, I’m sorry that I flirted with breakfast tacos. I was foolish to think of them as smaller versions of you. I had my heart broken when their contents spilled onto my lap today. I will never doubt you again. Please let me have you back.

Today I scanned myself. Surprised to find some irregularities in my pleural line (not seen before). As I said to an earlier patient, pleural or lung fibrotic changes might happen. Could explain some remaining mild symptoms, but shouldn't concern too much. #mycoviddiary #COVID19

If you let your coworker do that to another human being without trying to stop him or talk to him out of it, you are as gulty as he is. Frustrating for the majority of good cops that take a lot of risk doing their job the right way everyday.

Utahns can change party affiliation here to vote in republican primaries. This is the election that will likely determine our next governor so vote to keep out Trump loyalists. You can always change your affiliation back later! slco.org/clerk/election…

Requiring masks is a low-impact way to prevent the spread of COVID-19 without having to revert to stricter measures. I still believe the state needs to consider this everywhere, but today I specifically asked that we be allowed to require them in #SLC alongside the county. #utpol

We can’t laud our doctors and nurses as heroes one day and then turn around and do nothing to combat the crisis that’s overwhelming their hospitals and ICU beds. We need action—not empty platitudes.

Impressive to see University of Utah Health incredible ER teams today; rounding with Stephen Hartsell, Christy Hopkins, Colleen Connelly, Melinda Patterson, & their teams. We're fortunate & grateful to have them on the front lines of #COVID19 & are all safer b/c they are here. #HeroesWorkHere
