#TheWealthyJournal I once took out a $6k loan against my 401k for an international trip. Didn’t have to touch my savings nor sell any investments. Money was given immediately. So I definitely understand why they’d make such a move—albeit for a much higher figure than what I did. 😅

They paid cash for it so it’s an asset they take loan out it becomes debt, debt is a tax write off
