Day 2/30 still struggling to find pace , hope to have a better tomorrow

Day 4/30 Had a long , tiring and one of those days where everything goes wrong at work Couldn’t run so just walked 2.5kms instead.

Day 5/30 Had an extremely good day at nets today , overall shape looked good Also walked for 30mins. Focusing on getting out everyday for now
