After a refreshing two-week winter break, it was energizing to reconnect with my teachers and staff today! I thoroughly enjoyed reigniting their passion for delivering rigorous, high-quality instruction every day to benefit our students!

I’m a little late in sharing, but gratitude is always timely. As a transformational leader in a high-performance culture, I am deeply thankful for the opportunity to shape and support excellence in education.

Today was an enriching day of learning for our campus! I had the privilege of leading sessions on our district’s “Great 8” framework and Extended Constructed Response preparation. It was a fantastic day of collaboration, growth, and strategic planning!

I had a fantastic afternoon calibrating with my colleague, Ms. Long, as she joined me on campus for classroom visits and coaching sessions with my teachers. This is a true example of what it means to work in a High Performance Culture!

Today, I stepped into a 4th-grade math classroom & taught for 90 minutes. As an instructional leader, I don’t just ask teachers to deliver high-quality instruction; I do it as well. Moments like these reinforce that I am not just an observer of the work but an active participant

The last 10 minutes of today were pure joy! We turned up the energy and hyped our 3rd–5th graders, getting them fired up to crush the STAAR tomorrow! I even busted a move to Spanish music to connect with my amazing EB kiddos! Total heart-full moment! The excitement! Part1

I’m feeling super excited this morning! Our students are energized and motivated! Ready to show off all their hard work on the STAAR test!

Today was truly phenomenal. I had the privilege of participating in an instructional walk at Hartman Middle School, guided by the incredible Senior Executive Director, Anna White. The insights shared by ED White were both valuable and inspiring, greatly enriching my perspective!

In case you missed the High Performance Culture Elf on the Roof during the holiday season, allow me to introduce today’s special guest: the High-Quality Instruction Co-Teach Bunny! As an instructional leader, I’m dedicated to engaging students by any means necessary!

This morning, my team and I had the opportunity to meet and engage with prospective candidates for potential openings! As an instructional leader, I am deeply committed to recruiting educators who are passionate about delivering high-quality instruction to our students!

My day concluded with our campus Math and Science Night, which was an incredible success. The turnout was phenomenal, and the high energy and enthusiasm from our teachers, students, and families made the event even more special! Today was a great day!

Today was a day that truly filled my bucket. During instructional walks, one of our students with diverse learning needs reached out, offering a non-verbal cue for a hug. In that brief, meaningful moment, I was reminded to pause, breathe, and reconnect with my WHY!

Fostering a High-Performance Culture extends far beyond the walls of the school building. Today, I proudly supported my students at their first soccer game, because building excellence means showing up, both in and out of the classroom.
