Volcano Vista’s boys golf team has won the 5A state title here at Twin Warriors. Hawks’ No. 1 had a bad day but the 2-5 players all were super solid. VV shot 610 for the two days. That is 7 in front of runner-up La Cueva.

Congratulations to Volcano Vista, the Boys Class 5A State Champions at the 2024 NB3 State Golf Championships presented by Realty One of New Mexico (hosted by Santa Ana Golf Club and Twin Warriors Golf Club on the Santa Ana Pueblo). La Cueva was 2nd and Alamogordo was 3rd.
