Oh my goodness! What a fantastic picture. He always had his pipe. Mr. Murphy was my mentor and friend. He was a wonderful support for so many. I retired after 20 years as a principal in LongBeachSchools and thank him. That quote was his school’s motto. Miss him!

9/11/01 was my first Tuesday as #Lindell K-5 principal in Long Beach. We had a clear unobstructed view looking west towards the city and saw everything. We protected everyone as much as possible. It will always be remembered. 🏫 🥲#ProudtoBeLB

Long Beach HS Seniors ‘25 visited their elementary school and were given a rousing send off by the entire Lindell School community. I was so happy and grateful to be part of this special occasion. We know you will have success in all you do!
